Do you take a deposit to confirm an order?

Yes, when an order is placed I take a 25% deposit to confirm a place on my waiting list.

How long is your waiting list?

It varies but usually around 12 months.

Can I change the specification once I have placed an order?

Yes, I will need to know the final specification, e.g. compass, registration, etc. before work begins.  Decoration can be decided during construction.

Can you ship to different countries?

Yes, we have a local shipping company who will sort out all the paper work, insurance, etc.  The cost of shipping abroad, insurance & any taxes is paid by the customer.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free in England, Scotland & Wales.  See above for overseas delivery.

How much are your harpsichords?

The prices vary according to specification, decoration, etc.  If you contact me, I can discuss your requirements.  There is no V.A.T. payable.

Will you service the instrument?

The price includes a post delivery check/adjustment in England, Scotland & Wales.

Do you supply covers?

Yes we can supply a strong, padded travelling cover for your instrument from £250.
